An American homage filing has said that Michael Jackson's home, Neverland Cattle farm, could be put up for sale at a world auction next month.
If the pop principal is unable to pay the $24m he still owes on the property, the court will put his nursing home on the market.
Michael Jackson closed down areas of the 1,hundred hectare (2,800 acre) ranch in 2006 in a bid to reduce costs on the property.
He as well made the absolute majority of his staff redundant merely kept on a skeleton staff to run the parts of the estate of the realm that he kept open.
Financial Title Co filed the notice of trustee's cut-rate sale with Saint Nick Barbara County Superior Margaret Court yesterday, setting the auction date for 19 MArch.
